Responsibility

*By booking a vehicle through the CORALLI RENTALS electronic booking system, the CUSTOMER is obliged to know that he has the required driving license for the rental vehicle requested in the reservation.
If the condition does not apply due to the customer’s fault, the deposit is not refunded.
The customer, before completing his reservation, can contact the CORALLI RENTALS office via email and find out, if he does not know, what the Greek legislation stipulates.

RESPONSIBILITY

The Renter or any other driver who has the right to drive the vehicle, according to the contract, are responsible for any breaking of the law which took place during this Contract.

All differences are to be resolved in Greek Courts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Guests will be charged 50% of the total price, any time after the reservation.
  • If the guest does not show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If the guest cancels the deposit will not be refunded.
